2026 Hoosier Crossroads Conference Baseball Honor Teams
2026 Hoosier Crossroads Conference Baseball Honor Teams
We are excited to announce our inaugural All-HCC Baseball Honor Teams for the 2026 season. The Hoosier Crossroads Conference is one of the most talent-rich leagues in the state, making these selections exceptionally difficult.
These selections were based on a variety of factors, including overall season performance, conference production, positional value, and overall impact on team success. Only regular-season performance was considered.
PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Aiden Reynolds, Noblesville (Senior, SS)
Noblesville senior shortstop Aiden Reynolds put together one of the most complete offensive seasons in the conference while serving as the catalyst for the Millers.
Reynolds hit .402 while finishing at or near the top of the conference in several key categories, including 35 hits, 29 runs scored, and 59 total bases. He added nine doubles, five home runs, and 25 RBI while posting a .495 on-base percentage and a 1.173 OPS. Just as impressive was his consistency, reaching base in nearly half of his plate appearances while striking out in only 11.2% of his trips to the plate.
Beyond the numbers, Reynolds' impact extended to every facet of the game. As the everyday shortstop and table-setter for the conference champions, he provided both offensive production and defensive stability while helping lead Noblesville to three conference championships during his four-year career with the Millers.
In a year filled with outstanding individual performances across the HCC, Reynolds delivered the type of all-around season that kept him firmly in the Player of the Year conversation from opening day through the final week of the season.
PITCHER OF THE YEAR
Austin Conley, Fishers (Junior, LHP)
Few pitchers in the conference combined dominance and consistency the way Fishers junior left-hander Austin Conley did this season. Conley became the Tigers' ace and never wavered, finishing with a conference-best 1.05 ERA while posting a 5-1 record and helping anchor one of the HCC's strongest pitching staffs.
Across 33.1 innings, Conley allowed just five earned runs while holding opposing hitters to a .206 batting average. He struck out 35 batters, maintained a 1.06 WHIP, and paired swing-and-miss stuff with outstanding command, walking only nine hitters all season. His combination of run prevention, strike-throwing ability, and reliability against conference competition helped him earn one of the highest Pitcher of the Year evaluation scores in the league.
What separated Conley from many of his peers was his ability to consistently keep opponents from generating quality contact. Opposing hitters reached base at just a .270 clip. Whether starting games or working in key situations, Conley routinely gave Fishers a chance to win and established himself as one of the premier arms in the HCC.
For a Fishers team that remained in both the conference and postseason conversation throughout the spring, Conley's emergence as a frontline starter was a major reason why.

The senior hit .333 with 33 hits, 27 RBI, 14 extra-base hits, and a .948 OPS, providing a steady source of run production for one of the conference's top offenses.
